Frequently Asked Questions

How are your products made?

Every item is made to order using print-on-demand technology. Your product is printed and produced after you place your order — nothing is pre-made or held in stock.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days. Under normal conditions, expect 6–12 business days total from order to delivery. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is custom-made for you, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, see below.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Email us at support@merchsage.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

If the defect is confirmed, we will send a free replacement. We do not issue cash refunds.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Orders cannot be canceled after placement. Production begins immediately, so please review your order carefully before checking out.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We are unable to modify orders once placed. This includes shipping address, size, color, or quantity changes. Please double-check everything before completing your purchase.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to US addresses only.

Why does my product color look slightly different from the photos?

Product images show designs on sample items. Slight color variation can occur between screen display and print output. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee an exact color match.
